Holly I first want to commend you for stepping to the plate and taking this serious. I have seen you around the block taking your lumps and bruises, but you are still here and now it it’s your turn to be on the other end. I know that outsourcing works because I do it all the time as a business owner and entrepreneur. The core essence of being an business owner is to be able to grow your business and not do all of the “grunt work”. Create systems and delegate the work to others and reap the benefits. After all, that is what CEO’s do all the time. Keep being on the front line.
