I have learned that there are two types of people in the world. Those that 'do it' - like you and the Gutz team; and those that tell you why they can't 'do it'. I feel this person is frustrated - and making excuses for him/herself. But the key is to not let someone else's problems be your problems. I don't mean we shouldn't help others. I surprised that you had the quiet, cool and calm to continue to deal, I would have been like - delete, block, close and out.
