Damn I’m Tired
For the past two nights I have worked until 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM respectively. I just wasn’t tired and I had a lot of work to do. But then I slept until noon today and I hate to do that. I felt like I slept the day away.
I don’t stay up that late very often; usually I’m in bed by 2-3 AM I can’t help it. I’m nocturnal. Always have been. When the girls were in high school they had jobs or cheer leading for games and would get home around midnight or so and we would always be up. That’s when we had our family time. Jesse would either cook them something or we would just site around and chat.
To this day my daughter will come over and visit and we’ll all be in the office talking, working, laughing till about 1-2 AM. I’m afraid my 5 year old granddaughter is the same way. That girl hates to go to bed.
This is just a rambling post about nothing in particular. I just had to write something.
Last night I was watching some of my older YouTube videos and I laughed and cried. I lost my Mom last year so when I watched the video where she is saying I love you! Well I lost it. Yup, cried like a big old baby. I miss you Mom.
It’s a little dark; but it’s Mom saying, “I Love You”
Anyway, just felt the need to share. Do you and your family share late night chats?
